Claims Adjuster (m/f)

As a Claims Adjuster (m/f) you are part of a highly motivated team of professionals, together we develop tailor-made solutions for our clients. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to achieving our corporate goals and give our clients the confidence of being covered by a specialist partner.

The position will be based in Stockholm and you will report to the Nordic Claims manager.

Your new role:

As a claims adjuster you will be handling our liability claims under GLPL and Financial Lines.

You will deal with the claims from start to end and speak with various stakeholders, such as clients, brokers, experts, lawyers and Underwriters.

About you:

  • We expect that you either have finished law school and/or have experience with handling liability claims from another insurance company or claims handling company.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • # You are able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • You are willing to take on responsibility and always deliver timely
  • You like to relate to people and are communicative and empathetic.
  • You are resilient and reliable
