Here you will work together with extraordinary skilled colleagues, most of us recent graduates with MSc in mathematics or physics. An education as actuary (aktuar/aktuarie) is also quite common.

Your responsibility:

In this role, you will take full ownership for all pricing models within the Commercial Business Area. This includes implementing new models and improving existing ones, tasks which both require a high level of innovation.

You will also have a central role in the calculation of actuarial reserves, where developing the tools and environment for the reserving work process is an important part of the work. A clear communication with stakeholders to make sure they understand their results is a key to succeed.

You will also be teaching our analysts how to use your team’s tools and coach them your best practice in pricing. You will be supporting your colleagues on a daily basis to help them meet goals of growth and profitability.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate enjoys an analytical role where complex analysis plays a major part. You have a mathematical or statistical education on a Master of Science level and have an interest and curiosity for IT and programming. You have strong cooperation skills and value knowledge sharing and team work. As you will be working with various stakeholders, you need to be pedagogical in your approach and have excellent communication skills. Fluent proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is required, as well as English.
