About the role

Would you like to work for one of the world’s leading insurer? We are now looking for a service minded and self-managed claims adjuster to our office in Stockholm. You will work within a team of other Finnish and Swedish speaking claims adjusters and assess and evaluate claims within the Accident & Health and Life area.

In the role you will have the opportunity to manage your own work as well as contributing to the improvement of the assessment processes in general. Internally you will have frequent follow-ups with underwriting, sales department, quality assurance, external doctors, customer service and the department for complaints.      

As a claims adjuster you will:   

  • accurately assess and evaluate claims in accordance with Chubb Policy and Procedures
  • ensure all incoming call enquiries are handled in a customer focused way, providing the customer with a professional service at all times
  • support and maintain contact with key client relationships during the claims process
  • identify customer dissatisfaction and ensure issues are handled or escalated in an accurate manner and in accordance with Chubb Complaints Policy and Procedures
  • keep updated on the knowledge of Chubb Policy and Procedures and regulatory authority requirements such as Complaint Handling, Money Laundering and Data Protection
  • support and assist claims operational initiatives and projects
     

Professional experience

  • You have experience from claims, within the Accident & Health area, in a customer facing role.
  • You have customer services experience demonstrating a professional and high standard in customer care with good listening and communication skills.
  • You have proven experience of prioritising and working to SLAs.
  • You are fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish.
  • It’s positive if you have knowledge in MS Office Packages.
