Join the Nordic Accounts Receivable department
You become part of an experienced team of 8 in charge of the four Nordic countries, and you will be responsible for Sweden. You will collaborate with our service centers in the Philippines and India, and you communicate with a variety of stakeholders, internal, e.g. Nordics, UK or US as well as external, on a daily basis, responding to various queries.

Ensure timely payments
You and your team manage all credit control and reconciliation related to accounts receivable, and as such, you will be responsible for managing overdue invoices and ensuring timely payments. You follow up on cases daily, but largely balance your assignments of the day independently. Specifically, the job entails:

  • Query management both internally and externally

  • Cash allocation

  • Dunning, i.e. communicate with customers to ensure collection of accounts receivable

  • Ensuring good credit control

The job requires you to think ahead both in the dialogue with the customer, to understand how they operate, but also in our approach to the way we do things. Experience from a related field

  • Most likely, you have an education within a related area such as administration, accounting or service management.

  • Preferably, your track record includes 2+ years of experience from a related field, such as credit control/collection/accounts receivable.

  • You conduct a large part of your work in SAP, so experience with this application is a plus.

  • You must be fluent in both English and Swedish.

  • You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Furthermore, you have an interest in insurance and accounts receivable, just as any previous experience with the insurance industry would be a plus.

As a person, you are analytical and detail-oriented. You are motivated by the contact with internal and external stakeholders, and you are enthusiastic and natural in your approach to them. To succeed in this position, you must have great communication skills and the ability and willingness to learn complex processes and take on new challenges.
